KLIPPEL GmbH is pleased to announce a restructuring of its distributor network in China. This step marks an important milestone: the fusion of two long-standing KLIPPEL distributors into a new, strong partnership. By combining the strengths of both organizations, customers in China will benefit from long-term stability, reliable services, and a stronger connection to KLIPPEL’s global innovations.

The distributors ILE and PanaSound, who have successfully represented KLIPPEL in China for many years, are joining forces. Both bring in-depth market knowledge and extensive experience from long-standing collaboration with Chinese customers. LingChen Zhu worked as the KLIPPEL distributor at Pana Sound for five years and has 30 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in comprehensive acoustic solutions, driver unit design optimization, advanced speaker and system manufacturing processes, components and materials modelling, computational numerical simulation, and DSP development. Cici Zou has also been a valuable partner to KLIPPEL GmbH for many years. She is a long-standing distributor for our products and used her experience to manage ILE for the past three years. During this time, she successfully built strong customer relationships and fostered valuable collaborations with our team in Germany.

Together with their teams, they now form the new company Klippel Technologies (Guang Zhou) Co., Ltd, (科利普技术（广州）有限公司) which will exclusively distribute KLIPPEL’s products in China from November 16, 2025 onwards.

Starting November 16, 2025, all Chinese customers will be supported exclusively by Klippel Technologies. The distributorship over ILE, PanaSound and Guangzhou Jingyin Electronic Technology ends on November 15, 2025. From then on, these companies will no longer act as official contacts for sales or technical matters. For customers, no action is required. KLIPPEL and Klippel Technologies will manage the transition seamlessly. All sales and technical consulting will not only remain available but will be expanded through the combined expertise and service staff of the new organization.

The merger of Pana Sound and ILE creates a leading distributor focused on innovation, quality, and customer proximity — laying the foundation for sustainable success in the Chinese market. In October and November, Klippel Technologies will be attending key industry events, giving Chinese customers the chance to meet the new team in person.
