China Distribution Update

In response to increasing customer feedback highlighting the need for greater flexibility in partner selection, as well as stronger regional coverage and faster response times, we have decided to further enhance our distribution structure in China.

Effective July 1, 2026, our distribution network in China will consist of two authorized partners: ILE Electronic Technology, based in Shenzhen and represented by Ms. Cici Zou and Pana Sound, based in Guangzhou and represented by Mr. LingChen Zhu. Both partners are fully authorized to provide sales and pre-sales consultation, training, calibration, testing, and engineering support services. This structure allows us to increase customer proximity, improve responsiveness, and ensure consistently high service quality across different regions.

At the same time, Klippel Technologies will no longer act as an official distributor and will no longer serve as a contact for sales or technical matters. For customers, no action is required. KLIPPEL and the two Chinese distribution partners will manage the transition seamlessly to ensure continuity of service and support.
